Elevator Pitch No. 2

1. https://youtu.be/bkwFO2fxG6Q

2. With the feedback, what was most important is that the people who commented on my post agreed that this was a good idea and that the service will help provide a much-needed solution to a problem in studying at the library for students. This issue is not something that only I have problems with, but others do too. One even said that renting the chargers would make for a good investment for students without costing too much.

3. Since all my feedback was positive, I chose to improve myself from the first video and be more clear in my words and to speak my pitch in a more concise manner without droning on.

  1. I definitely life your idea because I know there have been times when I am forgetful and I forget my charger at home! I feel that this will help a lot of students because we all get distracted by studying for finals or mid-terms and forget chargers. And by having them at the library, that is a great location because almost everybody goes to the library to study. If you were to do this, would you have them at just one library or would you try to have these chargers at a couple of different Overall great idea!

  3. I am always searching for a spot to plug my laptop in and only rarely do i find one. Your idea is spot on and have no doubt that it will be popular. In terms of video quality, i think you should set the camera down and maybe back up a little to give it the feel like you are speaking to a group of people. Great job though, check mine out http://lasserchristian.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no2.html

  4. Hi Rosie,
I think this idea definitely has potential. It's even better with the recent trend in academia where new classrooms and libraries are being built with more outlets. I myself have definitely been in some close situations when I've needed to turn in an assignment, but didn't know if my laptop/tablet/phone battery would last. The only things that might hinder the progress of the idea are these "charging stations" that are starting to pop up in heavy populated areas (malls, airports, schools, etc...). Great job and keep up the good work!
